Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You will see the exact cost, and any free shipping you qualify for, before you pay.

Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has left our facility. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a further shipping charge may apply.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will always help you chase them. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@spintousa.com with your order number and we will make it right.
